You book online and enter your number plate. At the barrier, your plate is recognized automatically and the barrier lifts — no ticket or card needed.
Can I cancel free of charge?
Yes, up to 24h before your arrival time. Check the conditions shown at booking for each zone.
What if I am late or leave earlier?
You can enter anytime within the booked window. If you exceed the departure time, the difference can be paid at exit. For earlier departures, the booked rate stands.
Do you have spots for electric cars?
Yes, the EV zone has fast charging stations. Add the charging option when you book your spot.
Is the parking monitored?
Yes, 24/7 CCTV on all zones and permanent security. Full night lighting.
What if I hit a problem at the barrier?
Each barrier has an assistance button and a phone number displayed. Support answers 8am–10pm and security is always on site.
Can I pay by card?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro. Secure Stripe online payment at booking. On site we accept cash too (RON, EUR).
